In this open format, organizations of all different needs and stages can ask questions, learn from experts, and explore technical solutions. Developers can network, offer advice and experience, and dig into organization's projects - from prototyping to forming a technical strategy or planning projects to continue outside open hours. Aspiring developers are also welcome to come engage in technical problem-solving with the benefit of a meaningful project and similarly motivated technical advisors.

Hello all, looking forward to next open hours, as I unfortunately missed the last one! I'm looking for a software developer who can modify or create a browser and who has experience modifying a Linux OS (need a client/server type online process) for a broadband project for low and moderate income households. Any thoughts? Looking forward to feedback, both here and at the open hours! Thanks :)
